SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

·         Fully competent in all aspects of MYOB

·         Minimum of twelve months office administration experience.

·         Previous experience working to deadlines

·         High attention to detail

·         Well developed written communication skills

·         Exceptional Organisational skills

·         Demonstrated ability to provide high quality customer service

·         Ability to solve problems

·         Valid Driver’s Licence

·         Genuine interest in Interior Design

Admin and Customer Service

1.  Responsible for MYOB & Bank reconciliation

 

2.  Scheduling and checking on all orders

 

3.  All admin duties including filing

 

4.  Responding to customer queries  via phone and email

 

5. Providing Customer service in the studio

 

  1. Ensure customer satisfaction
  2. Accounts payable and receivable are maintained and up to date
  3. Orders received on time
  4. Smooth operation of business

Planning and Preparation

20%

1.  Providing timelines/scheduling for delivery and installation

2.  Keep customers informed of expected ETA’s

3.  Prepare goods ready for installation. Cartons marked, goods checked.

4. Liaise with suppliers.

       1.  All staff have a clear picture of upcoming work

        2.  Customers are informed

        3. All goods ready and marked for installer.

Studio Support

10%

1.       Cleaning of showroom

2.       Labelling, checking and organising goods

  1. Showroom and workroom clean
  2. Products and materials are stored in accordance with our standards
